• He trained under senior mentors and gradually focused on spine care, evolving his practice to emphasize safer, less invasive spine surgeries. 

• He is known for contributing to the development and dissemination of advanced spine-surgery techniques — including endoscopic and stitchless surgeries under local anaesthesia — which reduce patient recovery time and complications relative to traditional open spine surgery. 

• He has authored surgical manuals and book chapters, and published in international journals about endoscopic spine surgery, disc herniation treatments, spondylolisthesis, and other spinal conditions. 

• Apart from clinical work, he plays an active role in training other surgeons globally through live-surgery demonstrations and cadaver workshops, helping spread minimally invasive spine care practices
