Consultant Gynaecologist & Obstetrician

Dr Rajendra S Sankpal is a veteran Obstetrician & Gynaecologist based in Mumbai with more than three decades of clinical experience.  He combines traditional gynaecological and obstetric practice (including pregnancy care, childbirth, infertility, family planning) with advanced minimally-invasive surgical techniques — especially laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries. 

As the founding surgeon of SAGE Hospital (Malad West), he has helped develop one of Mumbai’s reputed centres for advanced gynaecological endoscopy, offering modern 3-D endovision and state-of-the-art OT facilities. 

He is also known for his international exposure: he has undergone advanced training in gynaecological endoscopy/laparoscopy in reputed centres abroad (in France and the USA), and has been a speaker/faculty at multiple national and international conferences in his field
