Dr. Jayanta Kumar Gupta is a distinguished Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based in Kolkata, India, with over 40 years of experience in women's healthcare. He currently serves as the Director and Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, Kolkata 

Dr. Gupta completed his MBBS from the University of Calcutta in 1982, followed by a DGO in 1986 and an MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 1988, also from the University of Calcutta. He furthered his expertise by obtaining the MRCOG and FRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in London.
