Dr. Mandal earned her MBBS from Government Medical College (Bankura Sammilani Medical College), West Bengal, in 2012, followed by a DNB in Ophthalmology from the Regional Institute of Ophthalmology at Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna, in 2017. She further enhanced her expertise through a Fellowship in Anterior Segment and Cataract at Sagarmatha Chowdhary Eye Hospital (SCEH), Lahan, Nepal, from 2019 to 2022.
